Misfiring Mind

Location

Power lines have fallen, scattered into several sections

Sparks are flying in all directions

Data caught in the crossfires of my mind

Battling against the original design

Opportunities passing by

Like shooting stars in the sky

Huddled over pages, flooded by meaningless ink

Every fiber focusing to think

Bypassing the brain’s imperfections

Building bridges to make connections

Living in a perpetual haze

Searching for the end of the maze

This is the domain of a misfiring mind

Occupied by thoughts of being left behind

Craving structure with clearly defined borders

Living with attention deficit disorder
