From the Minute

From the minute you make a move,

You make your mind,

You make your muscle,

You make yourself

Do something you will regret.

From that minute you decide

Choose

Agree to

Fall into,

A chain reaction of mistakable actions and faults you wish you could

Climb back to

Crawl back to

Jump back to,

The minute that took your life into a pit you could not

Hold yourself

Pull youself

Fight yourself,

Out of the damage that has already been done.

From the minute that brought you

Anger

Shame

Depression,

In your life that turned you into someone you never thought you would be

Dreamed you would be

Saw you could be

Yet hoped your would not be,

That person who was pitied for

Prayed for

Cried for

Forgotten for,

Your actions that made the minute: the moment that flipped your life upside down

Fallen to the ground

Rushing up the hill

But coming crashing down.

Waking up to the buzzing alarm set to the minute the sun arose.

From the minute you made a move,

You made your mind

Your muscle

Your body

Do something you would not forget.

In that minute you turned the seconds into a moment.

The moment when you decide

Choose

Agree to

Fly into,

A chain reaction of habits, and actions, and rights

You reach up to

Stand up to

Steady yourself to,

The moment that took your life into a world of reality where you could

Express yourself

Lift youself

Free yourself,

From the possibility of falling into damage, that would not be done.

From the moment that brought you

Joy

Pride

Vitality,

That turned you into someone you

Always thought you would be

Dreamed you would not be

Saw you could not be

But kept hope you would be.

That person that was

Talked about for

Looked up to for

Honored for.

Your actions that make the moment the movement that turned your life into who you have always wanted to be.

Rising from your bed

Rushing up the hill

And steadying yourself at the top.

Waking up to the buzzing alarm set to the minute the sun arose, you took your life and did something that would make ever moment count, every moment worth something,  every moment starting from the minute you do something no one will forget.
