Mine

Location

I have my mother's laugh

My great-grandfather's guilt

My father's unpleasant temper

Indian hair, not quite silk

I have George's wisdom

My granny's contagious smile

My uncle's sense of humor

Dark eyes: mud beneath the Nile

I have my grandma's stubbornness

My grandpa's artistic hands

My great-aunt's middle name

A gap between my teeth I cannot stand

Sure, I've got Allie's twinkle

And yeah, I hold Greta's shine

I inherit looks and personality from my family

But what do I have that's mine?
