That seems to have suddenly become
The thing everyone expects of me
Leadership, Maturity, Intelligence, Organization
But I am still a child like you
But am I?
I have just turned Seventeen
What does that mean?
My metamorphosis
Into a woman apparently began
But nothing has changed
No great realization
Other than that I am still me
And always will be
There will be no great answer to life
Given to me at each age I turn
As I believed as a child
I must now learn it all for myself.
And change into what I need to be
