The Mask

We live then we fall, we rise then we give up, we sing but we keep quite, we fade, we fade out, we look, but only for ways to keep our inner selves hidden, we pass from place to place blending in with our sourroundings and letting our inner beauty fade away into the dempths of forgetfullness. We allow the mask of darkness and shame to hide our hurt inisde. we use this mask daily to cover up our failures and pain, we do this till we self- destrust one day, and when that day comes, we cry, we cry till our eyes bleed red, we cry until someone notices us, till someone notices our tears, but if you can't even do that then nothing eles matters anymore, my well being is already gone.
