The mask

Like a rotten cocoa-nut
Whose shells covers a rot
Are men who hide their thoughts
Unable to say the exact truth
About their own immediate feelings.

Grinning yet grinding
Smiling yet sorrowing
Spending yet borrowing
Serving yet complaining.

They hide from themselves
The thoughts in their hearts
To enhance their values in the eyes of others.
These are the crimes of cowards
Which robs its victim of trust.

Yet quarrelling among themselves
These repressed emotions
Locked up in the darkest dungeon of the mind
Seek their excape in rape, murder,
Cheating and other social vices.
