Lucky

She is a giant
Her mind moves like a torrent
Intellect and intuition leave others feeling small like ants
But I have seen what she believes is abhorrent

She is a child
Though she feels otherwise
Her friends cut through her mild side, driving her wild
But I have seen what some may consider lies

She is small
But so strong and sweet and soft
I have seen her few falls
And smile, as she still stands aloft

She is surrounded by the walls of Jericho
To hide herself in the world’s safe echo
