For the love in my heart

For the love in my heart

By:Maeghan Kendall

For the love in my heart

May it never tear us apart

It feels like it has grown so old

When all it is really just a small mold

If you kept it away from me

That would be the saddest thing you would ever see

For the love in my heart is faithful

And for that, I am so grateful

Oh no!

Where did thy dear love go

It was once here, and it has been stolen

And my heart burns or is that my colan

Keeping us apart was the most idiotic thing that has begun to start

Has your heart begun to dart?

For now all that I spy

Is no where in your eye

Have you left me my dear

Or is it only whispers in my ear

Alas, oh joy!

My love has come back to me, oh my dear boy!

You have not left me

And for that, I am as happy as I can be

For the love in my heart

Has been here from the very start
