Dear Broken Hearted Person,

You seem to be just like everyone else, always blaming me for every mistake that you make.You say I'm the reason your heart broke but that's not true and even you know that.Everyone hates me but everyone wants me .....I don't take anything from you.I give you more than anybody else does.I allow you to love so you can say you loved and yes sometimes your heart breaks but that's not my fault.A person broke your heart, and you gave them the power to do it. I give you love it's up to you who you give it to.Do you want to get rid of me? You're human, you can't not have me in your life because I'm in everything you do.I'm the reason you are the way you are, if you want to stop feeling, you can try but it won't work.Also, the only reason I make it hard for people to feel me is because if I didn't nobody would appreciate me or you for that matter.It's just like life ... you wouldn't appreciate the good days if you never had a bad day.I don't have anything against you, I'm just a feeling, a useless emotion, I'll only hurt you if you give me to the wrong person.I won't leave you alone because it's not up to you who you meet, see I can't make you give me to someone but I can light the spark that'll allow you to give them a chance.I don't want you to end up alone, I want you to be happy but first, you have to earn it. Fight for me and never give up on me because sometimes even I get confused and your brain doesn't really help, and all your heart does is contradict your brain so it's a little difficult to decide sometimes.Listen, I know you humans complain about me all the time but I don't work alone because love alone won't make you find that special somebody. Here's an idea! write a letter to Life, Pain, and Sorrow then write a letter to me, I'll tell you my secret.The truth is you already know my secret but I always have to remind you, of everything, because you're so forgetful.
