Life is big long emotion

It’s an unpredictable roller coaster 

Sometimes people fall off the ride 

They don’t land on their feet 

While others are just fine

Sometimes we smile at strangers 

Hoping to get a smile in return 

Setting ourselves up for disappointment 

Some don’t show any emotions 

They have gone down the wrong path 

Keeping hate to themselves while hurting others 

Having no remorse and cause pain to others 

Happiness exist because of sadness 

So many emotions to choose from

But we chase the forbidden ones 

Love is a void we try to fill

Either with lovers or fancy things

At the end we realize 

Love is all we have 

We can give it or take it 

But no take backs
