The world has not seen who I really am

There is a fear whom one may know

I am a girl who is afraid to show

My laugh is loud and filled with joy

People see me as if I’m a toy

I am someone who will always joke and smile

But deep down they don’t know I am facing a great trial

My face is shining bright all the time

The face hides the pain that feels life grime

My face is the only thing people see

I am vulnerable and afraid to show my feelings and who I really am
