Lost Generation

(We are becoming the lost generation with each passing day.

We are suppose to be the era to make a change.

Got it all going for us, yet instead of love we are using hate.

My generation is continuing to discriminate.

The power to make a change is within are grasp, but we are to busy with are phones in our hands.

We are the lost generation because we are losing the ability to use communication.

Wait you don't understand use google translation.

People keep saying we are the smartest generation, but trust me it's not because knowledge is fueling our brains. Google is.

No longer do we know how to face to face.

We talk to siri more than any human on a given day.

What are letters in today's day in age.

We are the lost generation because we are losing tradition.

Losing the meaning of the little things.

No longer do we know how to truly appreciate we would rather take take take.

Material things are more important than the meaningful things.

How much you spend is how much you care not how much thought you put in.

We want to put little effort in and get great out.

When my generation doesn't get what they want they chose to pout.

Ego drives us and compassion is lost.

What is humanity my generation has made me forgot.

What's love? Everyone is just seeking that temporary fix

Highschool sweethearts are seizing to exist,

because everyone is getting jealous.

No longer do we know how to trust and one just isn't enough.

We are the lost generation and if something doesn't change we will be the fall of the planet,

And not the rise like everyone thinks.)
