You don't know me; you just think you do.

You see me smile but is it sincerely true?
You don't know me; you just think you do.
I'm a mystery, without the clues.

You want to know me; through my memories you want to roam.
Is there a place for me to call home within your soul?
To get to know me you'll have to chase.
Don't dawdle but with haste.
Footprints of mine gone without trace; you musnt wander to win the race.
You won't ever know me; unless you look beyond.
My words are lyrics to an untitled song.
Do you really know me; or do you just think you do?
How lonely I am, if only you knew.
