Colossians 3:17 

17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus,

giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

 

Living for Jesus

 

The issue here is simple

Are we The Lord’s?

It is not a question of morals

that we barely can afford

Not even a spiritual life does count

or knowledge as we work

Always there is the question:

“Are we the Lord’s preferred?”

 

Disregard your feelings

Don’t look at your daily life

Listen to God’s word in full

give up all that strife

God’s finished work is simple

Just crucify your flesh

For that is the great hindrance

called mediocrity at best
