Run that extra mile,

But you have to keep giving it more.
Try your best and forget the rest!
That's step one on this lifelong test.
Step two is to make sure you eat healthy.
Make sure you have a few cheat days is step three.
I know I can be harsh and demanding,
But after your results you will be understanding.
Helping people get their lives and energy back is remarkable
That's why I think being a fitness instructor is perfect for me.
