Live for Love

Location

Live for love, as it was once said

Work hard, sing songs, run free, and break bread

But now that I’ve moved, now that everyone’s gone

It seems that life has become a trial, where I can only hang on

The links of my past, the chains I knew well

Have shattered and snapped, severed and fell

Now I trudge through the bitter halls, a sea of unknown faces

Remembering my old friends and their kind, warm embraces

Yet in this chaos that conflicts me to the core

I do not give up; instead, seek the next open door

For there is hope to be found in this place I now live

And love to be shared, for I am willing to give
