Live on Life

Trees sway back and forth;

As one swings to the left, and the air sifts through.

It travels from one direction to the next.

From what is merely a sapling,

To what can now be called a man.

Our world is our nature.

It brings freedom, food, reality

All into one spectrum

LIFE.

Is water,

As it flows and hydrates the depths of one’s parched distance.

LIFE.

Is fire,

As it burns through the wall with its everlasting glow.

LIFE.

Is Air,

As it twists and turns and ties itself together.

NATURE.

Is naturally notorious,

As it creates and becomes, destroys and defects;

As it brings us together, while simultaneously bringing us apart.

The same mountains we climb as one

Are the same ones that barricade us from reaching any other outside world

It is our guardian.

Our only source of complete quondam.

Our wisest soul.

We take what we need,

But Nature doesn’t fight,

It only reacts.

Reactions are what we as humans cause.

What we make to be.

We are the storm,

Not the victims.

We are disasters,

Not the survivors.

Nature survives.

It thrives despite all odds against it.

One leaf falls from the tree I now sit under.

One tree falls from the forest I'll visit soon.

One forest falls from the world i used to know.

One world falls as Nature begins to rely upon us.

"Take It Back!"

But the wise man has already left.
