Life's Better At The Beach

Look at the shore, so calm and peaceful.

In the storm, it provides clarity of mind.

See the shells, some broken yet beautiful,

Washing away the blemishes like the tide.

It's not hard to tell, why God made so much sand!

People like us know the shore can be our friend.

Standing on the coast, I feel like there's no goal

That I can't reach-

Life's better at the beach!

Staring at the sunset, I cannot give up yet,

I feel the peace of God wash over me-

Life's better at the beach!

Like a blanket, the stars shine so bright o'head.

The rocky coast with playful waves that thrill us,

And the glittering tidal pools and seaweed bed,

We are awed by the ocean's noise and stillness.

It's not hard to tell, why people flock to visit the shore!

We vacation once and must come back for more!

Standing on the coast, I feel like there's no goal

That I can't reach-

Life's better at the beach!

Staring at the sunset, I cannot give up yet,

I feel the peace of God wash over me-

Life's better at the beach!

I will never quit, never stop,

The sea's my friend and God's my Rock!

I will never stop, never quit,

The ocean calls me and I answer it!

Splashing on the coast, I know that there's no goal

That I can't reach-

Life's better at the beach!

Sun going down but I am going up,

Crashing on me is the peace of God,

Like a puzzle, He's the missing piece,

Life's better at the beach!
