Nothing but an empty dream
Says the ignorant
To the clueless a round rubik's cube it seems
At times a hot barren desert
That leaves you parched and lost
It is a cruel teacher
Scolding you for not giving your best effort
It's an aggressive animal
Clawing at you, and puts you off your feet
Leaving you wounded and in grief
And on your best days in sheer delight and joyful fits
You conclude in smiles; life is a gift
Though sometimes tough
Though sometimes rough
Ups and downs there'll be enough
It remains a mystery
How life never ceases to be a beauty.
