The Lies We Tell Ourselves

Wed, 01/29/2014 - 19:30 -- knoonan

I'm pretty

She's sad

I'm pimply

He's presumtuous

I'm indifferent

She's trying to hard

I'm cool

He thinks I'm awkward

She thinks I'm jealous

I believe

She feels

He thinks

It is none of my business

what other people

think of me.

For the love of

all that is truth,

don't believe

the lies you

tell yourself.
