let them go (bring our daughters)

Location

nearly 300 young women were abducted from their Northern Nigerian high school

by members of Boko Haram, an Islamic militant group

they are held captive

prisoners by their own kind

for what? power? corruption? beliefs that differ from everybody else?

you are destroying innocence of  frighten eyes

not understanding why they are being enslave

let them go

you taking away one's rights

you stripping them of their freedom

you negating their education of changing the world in keeping villains like you off the streets

do not treat these young ladies the way someone would treat your mother

the intention of wanting to sell young women as prostitutes is sickening

as a nation, we are asking, please let them go
