Let me Choose

…Upon a time, find in my story two boys three girls,

Five in number, with dream minds ‘set ablaze’

None had the chance to prove a stand

Achievement seemed far from their reach

All hope fading, even family not behind their sketch

The first boy dream football

The other Music

Two of the girls, had writing in mind

The other one, modeling

It was their passion, but the parents weren’t ready to coop

Celebrities for kids? No! Rather geniuses instead.

Medical field is in our DNA, the first boy’s father yelled,

‘Your mom is a midwife I’m a nurse and you definitely would be a doctor.’

But I want to be a foot…

a slap to make a silent background,

His father gave him, “my decision is final”

He sanctioned and slammed the door behind

Same applied to the second, just different in preferred field

Count from each to the other, disapproval was always the case.

There left no choice of self expression

Each kid proceeded onto the suggested scale

At later terms, the results yielded regrets,

As each parent lay in dying bed, with had I know art face.

Autho  choose not to me today,

What I may become,

So that the blame art my head

If I end art doom…
