Let Me Be 100

I contemplate about things that I shouldn't have to worry about for my age,

Such as paying bills, and stuff that a normal teenager don't have to worry about in this day and age.

Many people don't understand the struggle,

Which is why they are afraid of it.

I know that success doesn't happen over night,

But I still work my butt off in the morning.

I get up an exercise my body and brain,

While other people are probably sleep or just yawning.

I wish life was like a game so I can just respawn,

Go back to my young age with all of my knowledge.

But then that would be cheating yet I would definitely get a full ride to college.

But cheaters never win...But yet they have they biggest pockets.

I'm not saying that being rich means that you cheated.

But when you know you're on a ladder.

Why break a step when a bunch of people are following you?

WHY make them work harder for something you only gave a dime for.

And after all of their hardwork...You take the miles for it.

So they did more work for you than they did for themselves.

I guess that's the only way you can make a rich man yell.

I guess the only way to make my future mine, and true.

Is to work for myslef....And not for you.

To give my all for something for a bigger purpose.

With a bigger picture but that....that would make em nervous.

So I'll stop complaing and let you know your portion of the pie.

Cuz you can either live like a fool, Or die aiming past the skies.

"At first I didn't like life, But then I started controlling the things I did, and realized......I own this place"
