Let’s dance

Fri, 07/31/2020 - 19:12 -- Yanka

Darkness is on the dance flow

Depression in the corner looking at me

I know he wants to dance

I reek of anxiety

I’m undecided

Always on the fence

I’m down on my hands and knees

I took up the striving game

Ur choices make a difference they say

So why am I stagnant

I feel trapped by the thick walls I put up

To protect myself from the unspoken

Their words hurt more than they think

They dig deep

Leaving a permanent scar

Unknowingly they build up my insecurities

Or maybe they had always been there
