Lena

Too many things on my mind

All the time

Don’t want to be about money

But my daughters hungry

Now it’s Kindergarten

Next there’s college

Too many questions, too little knowledge

Want to be the best parent I can be

Because my baby believes in me

Teaching her right from wrong

But to sing her own song

Try not to cry in front of her

Don’t want life to be a blur

Of times when mommy wasn’t there

Who knows daddy

Does she even care?

Wasting time working

While she doesn’t stop growing

I hope shes knowing

It’s all for her
