Left Coast

They call us liberals

I guess that's so

But we just wanna have our fun

Without anyone invading it

We wanna have our lives

Without anyone telling us how to live

We'll expect you to use your words

Properly

I am a they!

And don't expect to see

Clothing

On half the people

On our beaches

They misunderstand us

When we make laws to help

The poor

The illegal immigrants

The drug addicts

We just wanna help

Let people live their lives

The rich can spare a little

Or maybe more than a little

All I know is that I don't have

The money to help them

But all you haters

You'll see

When sunny

California

Becomes a utopia

A haven of love and freedom for all

You'll all wish you listened

When we told you to be

Tolerant

Forgiving

Loving

We're all good people here
