Last First Kiss

Sun, 01/26/2014 - 01:13 -- smd

Chills follow his hand wherever it goes,

His touch is like magic, I wonder if he knows.

His brown eyes look fixedly down at my peaceful face,

I let my hands wander along his back, remembering every trace.

He begins bracing himself with his arms around me,

Inching closer and closer, I can no longer see.

Eyes closed, I find his lips with ease,

I pull back for a second and suddenly freeze.

I take a deep breath and take it all in,

I found the one and I'm here with him.

HIs lips meet mine before I could finish the thought,

Playiing hard to get, I'm finally caught.

Surendering, I kiss him and suddenly feel home,

I get a rush and my hands begin to roam.

His body is perfect, just like his heart,

I start to dread how long we have to be apart.

He opens his eyes and looks at me like he knew,

Then says the only words to distract me, "i love you."
