Although seen in markets, 

through someone else's sockets,

as they take aim

these words only defame.

Those people? They fear

so much that they must smear

religions, traits, and sexual orientations,

just so they can ignore their own degradations.

Their goal? To simply uncouth

because they hide from the truth.

The truth is that they fear change.

They fear individuality and anything labeled strange.

These labels oversimplify

and attempt to mystify

their unending fear.

All these labels do is turn a deaf ear

to reason and logic.

The outcomes are tragic.

Razors, pills, chains, and depravity

can all be pulled from such negativity.

Closed minds only deter

and continuously blur

the beauty of individuality

and the love of originality.

Fight against these labels

and break away from such portrayals.

Be open and fearless.

Refuse the thoughtless.
