La Sirena

La Sirena
Wake you up with that avena con la crema
I'm not about to be modest for you
My femininity is "masculine" it could open bottles for you
My confidence on 20
Once you break that bill it withers now you hungry
You can't hide behind those possessions
Once it's gone you need attention
That's why I refuse to quantify my looks
A broken reflection what it took
Days just seem so perilous I don't get shook
The unforgiving waters be so potent
I peer out from the ocean
The sailor staring back at me
La sirena comes to lure and now he can't see
Roaming in my past depression
Pulled him out just to teach a lesson
When you put numbers on your soul
You get lost out in the cold…
