If you really knew me
You'd know I'm a fake.
I force a smile,
Happiness at stake.

If you really knew me,
You'd know I lie.
I tell you what you want to hear,
Because I hate how you pry.

If you really knew me,
You'd know I'm sick.
Imagine the amount of blood that can pour,
From just a single prick.

You don't know me.
Don't pretend that you do,
And I won't pretend
To act like I know you.
