His shade is yellow
Though his emotions show blue
He moves so swiftly
In the night
He keeps his head up
Not to show pride
But to protect his kingdom
He stands up on the highest arc
He looks strong
Willing
But things are not what they seem
He hides before his throne
The true one
But only I can see him
Only I can get him to come to me
He would lay down his life
But has he not already
He seems as a hollow shell
On a tropical island
Surrounded by beauty
That is surrounded by shame
You must leave
You must find a filling
For the hole that consumes you
Do not worry my king
I promise
You won’t be gone for long
I know deep down
You dread
What will come?
Of your kingdom
But I and everyone else
Will never forget
How you have tamed
The house you own
We remember you
For the good
And not shame on the bad
The kids will remember
Every structure of your face
Even though they have only lived for 2 minutes
You were always the king
And they’ll never say
The king is gone
