Just Me

My photos without filters are beautiful

I take a shot of the beach covered in ice

The sky is gray, the water is gray, I capture

The frigid temperature through the floating ice

It is cold yet warm, the feeling that the whole world is around you

I want the world to be seen in its real form

My words without filters are powerful

I encourage others through words and

I speak sweetly, not desiring my words

To pierce and cause hurt

For each word holds a meaning in it

I want my words to make an impact

My life without filters is already perfect

I work hard to make my dreams come true

And I will never stop persevering

There is no need for me to pretend

To be something, someone I’m not

I want to be myself, and I will be

Me
