Is the back of the room where you truly belong?

The shy kid,

That never wants to stand out from the crowd.

The one who is too insecure

To ever branch out

For fear that you're being talked about.

Do you really think you should be nervous?

Do you really think you should be scared?

Or do you think you should be the one without any cares?

Go out into the world

And try something new.

And then one day,

You can just be you.

Try taking a stroll with your new found confidence

Thinking,

What was all that nonsense?

Being yourself is the best person you can be.

Realizing who you are

And not caring what people think,

Might be a crazy idea,

But it could set you free.

In my opinion,

That's what awesome is supposed to be.
