Invoke Your American Heart

Our American pride remains strong,

Even when our starving countrymen feel abandoned and alone,

The cheers of the red carpent rain loud and true,

just like the fired shots the soilders cannot undo.

The church bells ring around the white rose bouquet,

Almost as heavy as the bruised legs that kneel to prey,

And that crystal blue sky out today,

knows how to hide the immigrants hopes that were lead astray.

America had a dream of freedom arrayed,

Faith in the tomorrow lead straight,

So for the country's sake,

Let the Fire of passion invoke your hearts.

After all that was how America was made.

My country
Our world
