Inspired by the World

No matter how close or no matter how far

The paths I take and the people I meet

Though the ideas and sights may seem bizarre

The lessons and experiences cannot be beat

And yes I travel to live and love

But traveling to me is more than fun

It instills in me that no place, no one, is above

That each resides under the same sun

Each country and culture connect as one

One species, one earth, one world

Acceptance and tolerance can’t be undone

One doesn’t possess hatred at birth

The diversity of the world is beautiful indeed

Its’ wonder alone never ceases to inspire me
