Innocence 1

Proverbs 20:9 Proverbs 20:9

Who can say, “I have made my heart clean,

I am pure from my sin”

Isaiah 1:18 New King James Version (NKJV)

18 “Come now, and let us reason together,”
Says the Lord,
“Though your sins are like scarlet,
They shall be as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson,
They shall be as wool.

Please give me back my innocence that I lost somewhere in time

Was it at my birth it departed?

Or way before that in another dimension, a place not really mine

Where I was lost deeply in the “undecided”?

Life is not a riddle, neither its history, just filled with the unknown

making it surely not less real

Its true design has been purposely hidden from the mature and grown

but not from little children’s appeal

Life did not start suddenly somewhere in time and neither death can end it at its will

That is a fact well-known

It’s preplanned and for sure an intricate design far beyond our understanding still

Although we seem to make it our own

Mental litterbugs and psychological blind we search for the unknown in the heavens

To make and show self approved

We blow up appeal to greatness and everything with little facts and guesses given

To prove again that we’re aloof
