I'm a Jerk

I'm a jerk

but there are worse things to be

Sure, you can change your face and your waistline

but there's not much I can do

about my personality

Yeah, I can watch what I say

Sure, I can filter what you see

but my thoughts will always be mine

and as long as they're mine

jerkish is all they will be

My parents were never cruel

my self confidence is perfectly fine

don't you dare try to rationalize it

the only thing wrong

is this personality of mine
