I'll Die Before I Conform To The Masses

I was brought on this earth to do amazing things, so I believe. I watch people everday work that nine to five with such ease.

Not the dream career that they grew up wanting to do, but that job their mom and dad told told them they should pursue.

I've always felt a little different, preaching goals and ideas hoping somebody would listen.

But am I crazy for what I want to be? Yeah chances are slim but we still playing the lottery?

Opportunity is here and I will not pass it, I'll do everthing I dreamed of before I lay in my casket.

This poem is about:
Me
Our world
