I Will Not Love You

"Loyalty isn't grey. It's black and white. You're either loyal

completely, or not loyal at all."

-Sharany

Loyaty starts with me

It begins with a friendly hello

It ends with a cold goodbye

It showed even when you told all those lies

When you sat on that leather seat

Right next to her heartbeat

I was LOYAL.

I stood my holy ground

Praying for our love to be found

I searched and searched for a body to warm my frozen heart

But in the end, you were happier without me

How pathetic is it to be LOYAL?

Why be LOYAL when you have girls begging to be with you?

What about me?

Why should I be LOYAL?

My heart was burnt by trusting someone who plays with fire

Ashes to ashes

Just as time passes

The fire slowly fades

The spark loses its strength to ignite

I tried to hide, with all my might

The pain I felt, and the tears that fell at night

I am LOYAL.

Don't be fooled by fake love

Fake love is ugly

Fake love is messy

Fake love was UNLOYAL

I am proud of who I am

Though I am now shy and sensitive

I will always be LOYAL.
