I will never be you

Location

I will never be you,

And you will never be me,

We may not always be right,

But we are perfect,

Not in the sense of the

right body, the right face, the right mind,

But I am still perfect and so you,

I am perfectly me,

And my perfect design would not be complete

Without my flaws,

For they make me unique,

As does your perfect design of you,

Trying to be some else’s idea of perfect?

You’ll never win,

And that’s a good thing,

For the perfect version of you is infinitely better

Than anyone else’s plan,

So even if I can’t be perfectly you,

Nor you perfectly me,

We are perfect in our design

To be exactly who we are meant to be
