I remember the way his dark brown eyes glistened as he smiled down at me

And a wave of secureness washed over me as he wrapped his arms around my waist

I remember the overwhelming scent of his Calvin Klein soaked t-shirt filling my nostrils as I inhaled

I remember the cool night breeze flowing through my hair

And the way he brushed the strands out of my face as he leaned in closer

I remember how my stomach began to form knots out of nervousness

And how a tingling sensation crept through the rest of my body with the rush of excitement

And how when his mountain dew flavored lips met mine all tension melted away

I remember afterwards him whispering softly into my left ear about how I was his everything

Then as I walked away glowing childish dreamy thoughts raced through my mind but that was yesterday.
