I Knew the Devil's Daughter

Location

Have you ever met the devil?
You know he's a bad man
Have you met the Devil's daughter?
She is a trouble, I know

I knew the devil's daughter
We were friends in high school
But damn she had her habits
And I was stuck in the middle

We watched the stars together
I trusted her
I loved her
But she never really loved me

She turned brother against brother
She never bothered listening to me
Never gave me the chance to speak
All she gave me was her Satan glare

So if you meet her watch your back
I've seen her techniques and her tricks
I know how she'll speak and what she'll do
That smile is as fake as a prostitutes kiss

Something so beautiful can still be cruel
Her wings look gold
But don't be fooled
They are as black as her heart's fuel

Men are just her toys
When she gets bored she'll throw you away
Friends are just her books
She'll only record her habbits on your pages

At the dead of the night she'll leave
The break of dawn she is gone
And you'll wake up alone
A hole where your heart used to be

Long brown hair and soft gold eyes
With breasts and an ass men don't deny
A muse's voice and angel's touch
Innocents and danger both on her face

She has no respect for men
She waves her cat to every male portrait
She'll give you one good night
If your lucky she'll extend your membership

Don't be a fool
Don't let her in
Keep her far from your head
Keep her far from your heart

Something so beautiful can still be cruel
Her wings look gold
But don't be fooled
They are as black as her heart's fuel

Men are just her toys
When she gets bored she'll throw you away
Friends are just her books
She'll only record her habbits on your pages

At the dead of the night she'll leave
The break of dawn she is gone
And you'll wake up alone
A hole where your heart used to be

Honey where did you put the body?
Oh no, the basement won't do
Where do you keep the hearts you stole?
The fridge? Thanks!

Girl, that dress is beautiful.
Red really does suit you
Honey, this is prom
Why are you dancing like your dates a pole?

I knew the Devil's daughter
She ripped out my heart
She fucked up my mind
So heed my warning

Don't let the Devil's daughter in
Keep her away
Stake her heart
But good luck finding it

Something so beautiful can still be cruel
Her wings look gold
But don't be fooled
They are as black as her heart's fuel

Men are just her toys
When she gets bored she'll throw you away
Friends are just her books
She'll only record her habbits on your pages

At the dead of the night she'll leave
The break of dawn she is gone
And you'll wake up alone
A hole where your heart used to be
