I Believe - From Lonely Road (My 5th Book)

Wed, 05/25/2016 - 15:43 -- Meely

I believe in laughter,

The rhythmic movements of a dance,

The soft pitter-patter of rain,

The rolling hills and grey smoke,

The smiles of pain,

I believe in smiles,

The twirling hair of a flirt,

The frothy waves of the ocean,

The crackling of a fire

The world of gestured motion,

I believe in tears,

The colours of the rainbow,

The falling of the Sun at the end of the day,

The people that walk along the beach,

The trees that tower and protect me on my way,

I believe in myself,

The emotions that swirl,

The eyes that watch the road that is crossed,

The snow that falls from the roof,

The ones that we lost.
