She sat down and faced turmoil,
for everyone who was different to join in.
A woman with courage and vision,
none other would have commited to that mission,
here we are fifty seven years later,
walking side by side not a barrier in sight,
all because people like Rosa Parks put up a fight,
she refused to give up on ignorant people...
"United We Stand" and united we will fall,
we are America, the land and home of the free,
equal rights were given, what a joy for all,
lets all jump in glee,
that Rosa Park believed.
Now we all have opportunity.
