I am me.

I am ugly, worthless, and dumb. I am constantly ridiculed and mocked. I will never be enough for them.

I go to high school.

I wonder if I will ever live a day full of compassion. I try to prove the them are wrong. I go to sleep at night feeling as if I have no value.

I am defined by me. I will not let them tell me who I am.

I am beautiful, full of worth, and brilliant. I am constantly optimistic that they will change. I will never let them hold me back.

I will transform the world.

I hope for an environment full of compassion. I try to educate others on their self-worth. I go to sleep at night knowing I made a change.

I am Amanda. I am me.
