I’VE SAID MUCH

Location

Kenya

Once you left

I went to the space

And I can’t recognize

This place no more

Can’t help but wonder

Where are you.

Haunted by the ghost

Of us

Sorry that I have to

Say a lot but enough

I heard you figured

It out without a remorse

And I’m happy for you.

Now you movin’ on

Are you gonna tell me

That you’re contented now?

You once told me

That we can’t live

Without each other

But now you have another

And I hand back that moment

Hoping you’re better now

Now I miss

The smallest things

I’m not ready for this change

Neither do the transition

Help solve the puzzles

Created by the other loneliness

I can’t help but wonder

Sorry that I’ve

Said so much but I have to

I know it sounds funny

To say sorry but

I wonder if you forgive me

Or is it something

You wanna talk about?

I hear you

The voice inside me

Amidst the whispers

I hope you’re ready

Coz you got it figured out

I wish you well

But I’ll be happy

To love you once more

Sorry that

I’ve said much.
