How to be a proper citizen in society

Do Not Look up,
Look straight,
Face forward,
Walk in a straight line,
Do not slouch
Sit up straight,
If you're hungry
then eat everything on your plate,
Do not steal things that don't belong to you,
Do not kill for sport,
Or for any other reason
for that matter,
Do not ask questions that could be taken and labeled
as "rebellious” or a "threat",
Keep quiet,
Hushed voices,
Low whispers,
Keep blind eyes,
Have deaf ears,
Never surrender,
Always surrender,
Do not
swim against the current,
The current is your friend,
Let it overpower you,
Drown you in the depths of society
with its rules,
Made to keep you safe,
Enforced to ensure survival,
Those who do not follow the rules get punished,
Those who do not follow the guidelines are disposed of,
Those who do not want to be controlled are essentially processed and erased
Because in a perfect world,
A perfect society has no problems,
A utopia of justice where all trouble makers are put in a place,
Where rebelliousness is frowned upon
and rewired,
So that they
walk inside the lines,
Face forward,
Do not look up,
Look straight,
Deaf ears,
Blind eyes,
Color inside the lines,
Never think for yourself,
Always let society tell you
Right from wrong,
To be a proper citizen in society
you have to make sacrifices,
For society
