THE HOUR HAS COME

POEM BY; ALICK MUSHEKWA®

*THE HOUR HAS COME!*

I am an event which doesn't require an alarm to announce my arrival
The darkest cloud you claim to have been taking you fellow human beings away is innocent; so prepare to die!

Taste the sweetest moments, before I turn them sour;
For my "HOUR HAS COME"

Prepare to die;
Medicine you may try;
Your loved ones may cry;
This is the truth with no lie;
Prepare to die

Prepare to die;
There is no place to hide;
Wish ain't horses to ride;
The truth you may despise
But one day you shall realise;
That Jesus did rise;
From the earth to the skies

The soil you may step;
The innocent you may rape;
There blood is no sleep
Women you may take;
On the judgment they shall pray your tape

Don't hate the truth;
You may be saved like Ruth;
You must believe in the truth;
Only shall you enter heaven's roof
Jesus Christ's blood is the proof

Doubting Thomas

In your church you don't believe;
Due to covid your body is on leave;
You need burning leaves to believe.
Moses saw a burning leaf;
So you shall see a burning bush
Heaven doesn't have a door for you to push
But a fixed glass you can't push

Prepare to die; for the trip to heaven can't be cancelled due to covid nineteen

You may forget about me; and claim to have been in self quarantine

The trip to hell is real; don't get impressed like a dehydrated body at the well

The water you may drink, but when I strike your body in a deepest human Caracas pit shall sink

Heading a Bible in your filthy hands does not terrify me, ask Jesus what it took for him to defeat me

You have to be strong enough to prove your toughness and defeat me!
