Hope

On a sunny warm day

On the seashore bay,

Sat two little kids

Squinting through the sun's ray.

They build their little castle

with sand and clay

only to see that

the water waves swept it away

They built it over and over

and over again

But the waves put down

their hope once again,

One last time they said

with hopeless groans

and finally the castle stood

strong and sturdy  with answered hopes.
