Location

It is a busy place, say the worn marks in the floor

where many shoes and chairs have hit in the years before;

A homeschool family lives here, say the schoolbooks on the table

that was built by people who were caring and able.

This is a home.

The barn is past its glory days, says all the empty stalls

where now the dust simply falls;

It is a beautiful place, says the tall grass blowing in the wind

as the spring rain begins to lightly descend.

This is a home.

It is a God-fearing place, say the Bibles by the beds

where their weary readers lay down their heads;

Southern hospitality is shown here, say the table chairs

numbering more than this family can bear.

This is a home.
